Equipped vocational labs in 135 public schools with over 500 HP Workstations (i7, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GPUs), integrated LAN (Cat6A) and a central server for resource management. Deployed CAD and technical-training software, trained 200 teachers, and provided one year of full maintenance and Helpdesk support.

Upgraded IT infrastructure in 16 public hospitals: installed Cat6A cabling, server cooling units, and Cisco switches. Deployed internal CCTV cameras, established secure IPsec VPN to National Information Center, and trained each hospital’s IT team to maintain seamless digital operations and unified electronic health records.

Supplied and installed 800 Acer devices across 12 labs (CS, Engineering, Design). Implemented interactive smart boards in language labs and deployed a central Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP). Established a 1Gbps internal network and trained 30 faculty and lab staff in system administration and troubleshooting.

Delivered a full Cyber Readiness Index assessment: analyzed network architecture/endpoints, ran penetration tests, reviewed firewall (ACLs) and IDS/IPS settings, and recommended a centralized SIEM. Conducted three workshops on incident response and disaster recovery planning for the IT team.

Supplied 268 PCs and monitors (i5/i7, 8GB RAM, SSD) and installed a secure LAN with firewall and UPS backup. Deployed a central Windows Server for Case Management System, integrated with e-Government portal via SOAP/REST services. Trained 150 court staff on system usage and digital archiving.

Supplied 300 Acer devices for SOC on an air-gapped network with VLAN segmentation. Deployed VMware virtualization, a Splunk SIEM server, and IDS/IPS sensors for real-time threat monitoring. Trained 60 cyber experts and operations officers on incident response and digital forensics.

Al-Balqa Applied University is a public Jordanian university headquartered in As-Salt. This project updated and modernized computer labs across 12 faculties by supplying and commissioning 800 desktop and laptop PCs in partnership with ACER.

Established in 1976 to equip youth with market-relevant skills, this project digitized the vocational training ecosystem in Jordan. In partnership with GIZ and HP, we deployed HP desktop PCs and monitors to create modern training laboratories.

To maintain the stability of the Jordanian dinar and overall price levels, this project upgraded the operations-management and information-security systems by deploying specialized HP ZBook workstations and laptops for government and banking sectors.
